Giveaway Terms and Conditions.

The My Retail Career Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organised by My Retail Career (“The Promoter”). By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility:

  • The Giveaway is open to legal residents of New Zealand aged 16 years or older.

2. Entry Period:

  • The Giveaway starts on 17th February 2026 and ends on 23rd March 2026 (“Entry Period”)

3. How to Enter:

  • To be eligible to enter the Giveaway, entrants must complete the My Retail Career Industry Survey during the Entry Period and opt in to the prize draw by providing their contact details at the end of the survey.

  • Completion of the survey without providing contact details will not constitute an entry into the Giveaway.

  • Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Prizes:

  • Three (3) $100 Prezzy Cards (valued in NZD).

  • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Draw and Winner Notification:

  • The draw will take place within thirty (30) days of the entry period’s end.

  • Three (3) winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries and will receive one of the $100 Prezzy cards each.

  • Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw.

  • The Promoter may also announce winners publicly via My Retail Career social media channels by publishing the winner’s first name and/or social media handle, where available.

6. Claiming Prizes:

  • Winners must respond to the notification email within 14 days to claim their prize.               

  • If a winner does not respond within 14 days, another winner will be chosen.

  • If the winner is under 18 years of age, the prize will only be awarded with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. The Promoter reserves the right to require written confirmation of parental or guardian consent and proof of age before awarding the prize. If such consent cannot be obtained within a reasonable timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

7. Privacy: 

  • Personal information collected as part of the Giveaway will be used for:

    • Administering the Giveaway and contacting winners; and

    • My Retail Career communications, in accordance with the entrant’s selections and the My Retail Career Privacy Policy.

  • Survey responses are anonymous, reported only in aggregate, and are never linked to individual identities.

8. General Conditions:

  • My Retail Career reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if necessary.

  • By participating, entrants agree to release My Retail Career from any liability arising from participation or the acceptance of any prize.

  • By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

  • This competition is sponsored entirely by My Retail Career and is not in any way endorsed by Meta or Prezzy.
